Ashirvad Pipes has been the quality benchmark in the water management industry since 1998. It adheres to the highest international standards for the production of drinking water supply products through intelligent solutions and technologies that ensure sustainability and affordability.

Ashirvad uPVC pipes

Ashirvad uPVC pipes for the assembly of submersible electric pumps in artesian wells, the right solution to buy to never run out of water! Do you have an artesian well? Our uPVC pipe is the alternative to the now obsolete solution in galvanized steel and also compared to pvc pipes for wells generally used for the installation of delivery pipes of submersible pumps in artesian wells.

To choose which uPVC pipe to install in your artesian well among the different types present, use the tables below as a basic reference by checking the MAXIMUM HEAD of the submersible pump to be installed in the artesian well.

Thanks to a cutting-edge construction technique, uPVC pipes achieve performances that make them suitable for different types of installation, highlighting their special technical characteristics:

Duration over time
UPVC pipes cannot be attacked by oxidation processes or by particularly aggressive waters, both basic and acid.

Reduced pressure losses
UPVC pipes have extremely smooth internal walls with a minimum pressure drop, contrary to the roughness of the pipes even if galvanized.

Ease of installation
The delivery pipes for uPVC wells are supplied in bars with a standard length of 3 meters, are light and offer great ease of installation.

Technical characteristics of uPVC pipes

SQUARE THREAD
The pipe joining system has been specially designed with a square thread and a special “O-RING” rubber gasket to ensure a higher load capacity and seal without the possibility of unscrewing. This particular thread prevents the pipes from unscrewing as a result of water hammers, vibrations, frequent stops and / or starts of the electric pump.

SLEEVE & WIRELOCK
Sleeves with WIRELOCK safety system are available for pipes with external dimensions from 33mm (1 “) up to 140 mm (5”). The WIRELOCK sleeves have a unique stainless steel locking system, already inserted in the sleeve. The WIRELOCK prevents the sleeve from unscrewing.

BI-AXIAL ORIENTATION
The unique bi-axial orientation technique used during pipe extrusion creates greater linearity of uPVC molecules by imparting higher strength to the pipe. This molecular orientation technique is the result of a constant commitment to research and development.

DIFFERENTIATED THICKNESS
UPVC pipes are made with a differentiated thickness. This particular construction technique allows to have a greater thickness at the ends, guaranteeing the load parameters that would otherwise be altered by the natural loss of thickness due to the thread. As clearly visible from the section of the ends of the tube, the thickness, after removing the increased part (in pink) to allow the creation of the thread, remains unchanged along the entire tube.

THICK and THIN
As you can see from the section of the central part of the tube, the thickness is equal to the thickness present in the ends.
